What this site knows about you.

Who this is about
Greydient Labs is the company behind this website and the controller of any personal information collected through it. In this policy, “we” means Greydient Labs and “the site” means greydientlabs.com.
Our companies run their own products on their own domains, under their own terms. This policy covers this website only.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you send it:
- Your name and email address, so we can tell who you are and reply.
- The topic you picked, so it reaches the right person.
- A firm or a link, if you choose to add one. This field is optional.
- Your message. Please do not put anything confidential in it. It travels by ordinary email.
We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store anything else. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join, and no profile built about you.
What we do not do
- No analytics of any kind. We do not know how many people visited, or which pages they read.
- No advertising, no ad networks, no remarketing, no tracking pixels.
- No cookies and no browser storage set by us. Nothing about your visit is kept on your device by this site.
- We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and we never will.
- We do not add you to any mailing list. A reply to your message is the only thing you will get.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You asked us to. Sending the form is a request for us to get in touch, and we handle your message on that basis, and on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact our business. There is no other processing going on.
Who else is involved
Running a website means other companies see some traffic. These are all of them, and what each one gets:
These are service providers acting on our instructions, except Google Fonts, which your browser contacts on its own when it loads the page. If you would rather Google did not see that request, a content blocker will stop it and the site will fall back to fonts already on your device.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
A submitted form becomes an email in our inbox. It is stored there like any other correspondence, and it may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.
We keep messages for as long as the conversation is useful, and then we delete them. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or a US state with its own privacy law, those rights are yours by statute; we extend the same treatment to everyone regardless.
Ask through the contact form and say what you want done. We will not make you prove a legal basis for asking, and we will not charge you for it. If you are in the UK or the EEA and think we have handled this badly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security, honestly stated
The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated abuse, and the address your message is delivered to is never exposed in the page. Email is still email: it is not end-to-end encrypted, and you should treat anything you send by it accordingly.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we collect and hope nobody notices; if that ever changed, it would be because we started doing something new, and it would say so here.
